The generator sets, models MEP-803A  is fully enclosed, self-contained. skid-mounted, portable units. They are equipped with controls. instruments and accessories necessary for operation.

The generator sets consist of a diesel engine, brushless generator, excitation system, speed governing system, fuel system, 24VDC starting system, control system and fault system.

The AC generator is a single bearing ,drip-proof , synchronous ,brushless , three phase, fan -cooled generator . The generator is coupled directly to the rear of the diesel engine
